Using the website

The preview includes keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, labelled inputs, form error feedback, descriptive image text and layouts that adapt to small screens.

Feedback and alternatives

If a website feature is difficult to use, call +91 96660 31369 for clinic information or appointment assistance.

Visiting the clinic

The address is on the first floor. Lift, parking and step-free access have not been verified. Ask the clinic about your access needs before travelling.

Verification status

WCAG 2.1 AA guides this build. This page is not a claim of a completed independent accessibility audit or certification.

Website accessibility information: understand the information

Website accessibility information — read the scope, check the details, find help
A guide to using this page: read the scope, then check the details, then find help.

Using the page structure

The website uses a main page heading followed by section headings and subheadings. Navigation, main content and footer are separated into recognizable areas. A skip link offers a route past repeated navigation to the main content. These features are intended to help people find information using a keyboard, assistive technology or a small screen, but they do not establish that every accessibility need has been met.

Keyboard navigation and visible controls

Links and buttons can be reached through ordinary keyboard navigation. The mobile menu uses a button that reports whether it is expanded, and gallery controls provide a way to open, browse and close the enlarged view. Form fields have labels and feedback. If a control is difficult to operate, the published phone numbers provide an alternative way to ask about appointments.

Reading on different screen sizes

The layout adapts to narrower displays, with navigation collapsing into a menu and content arranged in fewer columns. Text is kept as text rather than embedded in a page-sized image. You can use your browser’s reading and zoom controls. If information becomes difficult to read at your preferred settings, describe the page and the problem when contacting the practice.

Images, diagrams and meaning

Clinic photographs have descriptive alternatives, and educational diagrams include a text description of their purpose. Decorative icons do not need to repeat the surrounding wording. A photograph or diagram supplements the written information rather than replacing clinical advice. If a visual does not give you the information you need, read the accompanying text or ask the clinic for help.

Forms, maps and other services

The appointment enquiry form cannot make a booking, regardless of the device or access method used. For actual arrangements, use the telephone contacts. Maps and linked websites are external services and may have different accessibility characteristics. The complete published clinic address is also available as ordinary text so that opening an interactive map is not required.

Website access and building access are different

A usable website does not verify access to the physical clinic. The practice publishes a first-floor address in KPHB Phase 1. Lift availability, parking, step-free entry and assistance arrangements have not been independently confirmed for this preview. Explain the needs of the person attending and ask staff for the relevant details before travelling.

How to report a difficulty

When asking for help, it can be useful to give the page name, the task you were trying to complete and a short description of what prevented it. Share device or browser information only if you are comfortable doing so. You do not need to provide medical history to describe a website problem. There is no dedicated accessibility-report submission form in this demonstration.

Review status and future improvements

The build includes accessibility-oriented structure and representative keyboard and responsive checks. It has not undergone a full independent WCAG conformance audit, and this page does not claim certification or universal compatibility with assistive technologies. Further testing should include the deployed site, real users and the devices they use. New content and features should be reviewed so that improvements are maintained over time.
